Sessions and fees
My standard fee is £100 for a 50-minute session. However, I am able to offer a limited number of spaces at the reduced rate of £90.
I am registered with AXA, Aviva and Bupa insurance companies. The fee through insurance companies is slightly higher due to the additional paperwork. I process all the invoices.
In-person appointments are available at: PPP Penarth Physiotherapy Practice & Pilates Studio, Penarth, Cardiff. All other sessions are available on-line, via a secure on-line platform. Appointment location depends on preference and availability.
Availability
I am able to offer appointments from 9:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday.

Brief telephone consultation
I believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is the most important aspect of therapy. Therefore, if you have any questions before the initial appointment I am able to offer a free telephone consultation (10-15minutes) for us to discuss how I may be able to help you and to ensure that we are well matched to move forward together.
Initial session
At the initial session we will discuss what brings you to therapy and ensure that we are well matched to move forward together. If for whatever reason you do not feel I am the right therapist for you, there is no obligation to continue.
If you are unsure of anything please just ask.
Ongoing therapy
Therapy sessions are typically held weekly (although this is negotiable). We can agree to meet for a fixed number of sessions (typically 8 - 20 weeks) or to work in a more open-ended way. In either case, we will review your progress regularly to ensure that therapy is meeting your needs.
If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to continue the sessions, there is no obligation for you to do so. However, it is best for you to let me know in advance so we can conclude therapy with a review session.
Payment
Sessions are payable via BACS in advance of each session. I am registered with AXA, Aviva and Bupa insurance companies.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a session, please let me know as soon as possible. There is no cancellation fee for any sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at the usual rate.
